Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Bentley s Structural solutions to both new and existing users.
  • Identify, qualify, and close inbound and outbound opportunities.
  • Build effective business plans to generate new opportunities and consistently exceed sales targets in your territory.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, through direct sales techniques and client meetings.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and manage opportunities in Salesforce while fully adhering to the Bentley Sales Process.
  • Promote Bentley s value proposition to designers, engineers, contractors, and owners by aligning technical solutions with customer business objectives.
  • Stay current with all Bentley commercial offerings, software policies, and solution updates.
  • Negotiate sales and service agreements with professionalism and clarity.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical sales or engineering-related roles, preferably within an engineering organization.
  • Bachelor s degree in Civil required, or equivalent training or experience; Master s degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with Bentley STAAD/RAM or similar solutions (e.g., MIDAS, CSI, Dlubal).
  • Strong English communication and written skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritise effectively, and collaborate across departments.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general business applications.
