Responsibilities
- Ensure that all products meet applicable safety regulations and industry standards
- Act as the regulatory liaison for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Provide guidance and technical expertise on regulatory changes
- Conduct research and monitor state and federal regulatory developments
- Prepare, interpret, and document relevant national product standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to review and communicate trade compliance requirements
- Work closely with regulatory agencies and third party testing laboratories
- Maintain and update the product registration database
- Support the Export Logistics team regarding distribution and shipment
- Develop and implement safety training programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree with equivalent business experience in Printing Industry
- 3+ years in EHS compliance regulation and related job responsibilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of Safety, RoHS, Chemical Regulation and Telecommunication Regulation in MEA region for all Non medical and Medical Devices
- Proven experience in product safety, regulatory compliance, or quality assurance in medical devices, electronics, or related industries
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Working experience of MS Office

Job Summary
- The incumbent is responsible ensure that our products meet all relevant safety regulations and standards set forth by regulatory bodies.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of regulatory requirements will be crucial.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to implement necessary changes to meet safety standards and maintain compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that all products meet applicable safety regulations and industry standards.
- Act as the regulatory liaison for internal stakeholders, including management, as well as external partners.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise by applying analytical skills to influence decisions based on changes in the regulatory environment.
- Identify and evaluate alternative strategies to achieve and maintain compliance while meeting organizational goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and monitor state and federal regulatory developments to maintain continuous compliance and to identify and analyses compliance risks and emerging trends.
- Prepare, interpret, and document relevant national product standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to review and communicate trade compliance requirements; serve as a subject matter expert as needed.
- Work closely with regulatory agencies and third party testing laboratories to ensure product compliance and certification.
- Maintain and update the product registration database and provide regular reports to manufacturers.
- Cooperate with Sales and Service teams by sharing information on important customs and regulatory issues.
- Support the Export Logistics team regarding the distribution and shipment of products to the Middle East and Africa region.
- Stay current with industry regulations and practices best to ensure ongoing product compliance with all safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree with equivalent business experience in Printing Industry
- 3 + years in EHS compliance regulation and related job responsibilities
- Demonstrated knowledge of Safety, RoHS, Chemical Regulation and Telecommunication Regulation in MEA region for all Non medical and Medical Devices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with others in a positive and effective manner in a global organization.
- Proven experience in product safety, regulatory compliance, or quality assurance in medical devices, electronics, or related industries.
- Ability to critically review product information and assess application of regulatory frameworks to products
- Ability to follow managerial directives and collaborate within a team to meet departmental goals
- Self starter with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks to meet or exceed deadlines, prioritize, and maintain flexibility in fast paced, changing environment.
- Knowledge of procedures and regulations about International Trade /export of goods.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Working experience of MS office.
