Join our global quality team as a Product Quality Engineer Intern to champion customer expectations and drive manufacturing excellence across our Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and Video product lines. In this hands-on role, you will apply structured problem-solving methodologies to resolve complex technical challenges across international supply chains and cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Planning: Initiate detailed quality plans to set clear project goals that align with customer requirements and deliverable benchmarks.

Incident Management: Facilitate cross-functional root-cause investigations using the 8D methodology to resolve stop-ship/stop-build events efficiently.

Defect & Trend Analysis: Drive complex problem resolution and manage customer complaints in JIRA, utilizing return data trends to champion design and manufacturing upgrades.

KPI Metrics & Reporting: Develop, track, and regularly report product quality KPIs and performance metrics to senior Supply Chain and Design Engineering leadership.

Preventive Strategy: Identify underlying process gaps and drive robust Preventive Actions to ensure recurring quality issues are eliminated.
