Role Overview
KamelPay is seeking a Product & Portfolio Executive to support card product development, launches, and ongoing portfolio management.
The role involves product initiatives, portfolio performance monitoring, customer and transaction analysis, and opportunities to improve adoption and engagement.
The position is suitable for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in fintech, payments, card products, or portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis on card issuance trends, market developments, and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, and Sales teams on product initiatives and launches.
- Support the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for new and existing card products.
- Analyse customer behaviour, transaction and usage trends, and portfolio performance.
- Identify opportunities for growth, optimisation, and improved customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain product presentations, FAQs, product documentation, and customer-facing collateral.
- Support end-to-end card lifecycle initiatives covering activation, usage, engagement, rewards, retention, and portfolio optimisation campaigns.
