- Conduct market feasibility studies for new products and propose market positioning, product positioning, competitive positioning, and user positioning
- Define product concepts and configuration ranges, and participate in developing market equations
- Define products and set development priorities tailored to specific regions based on strategy, users, and competition
- Monitor the achievement of product definition objectives and refine key selling points
- Manage product lifecycles according to planning, proposing action strategies based on market, competitive, and demand analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Familiarity with basic automotive structure and principles
- Familiarity with product planning and development processes
- Proficiency in common product planning tools and methodologies
- Chinese language proficiency
- Prior experience in product planning or overseas product planning preferred
- Valid driver's license and at least one year of practical driving experience preferred

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct market feasibility studies for new products and propose market positioning, product positioning, competitive positioning, and user positioning. Define product concepts and configuration ranges, and participate in developing market equations.
- Responsible for defining products and setting development priorities tailored to specific regions based on strategy, users, and competition. Monitor the achievement of product definition objectives and refine key selling points.
- Manage product lifecycles according to planning, proposing action strategies based on market, competitive, and demand analysis.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with basic automotive structure and principles.
- Familiarity with product planning and development processes.
- Proficiency in common product planning tools and methodologies, understanding of market and user research processes, and fundamental approaches.
- Passionate about creating hit products; dedicated to researching automotive innovation technologies; market savvy; strong verbal communication and teamwork skills; highly responsible with a strong sense of dedication; adept at applying new methodologies to solve problems; active thinker with a love
- Aligns with leading culture; possesses excellent organizational, coordination, communication, and planning abilities.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Prior experience in product planning or overseas product planning is preferred.
- Preference given to candidates with a valid driver's license and at least one year of practical driving experience.
