Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal and annual product plans based on sales trends, school requirements, and business forecasts.
- Forecast demand and recommend purchasing and replenishment quantities.
- Plan and manage product assortments, SKU rationalization, and product lifecycle activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock availability, aging stock, and inventory turnover.
- Analyze product, category, and sales performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
- Support new product launches, school onboarding projects, and range expansions.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Retail Operations, Sales, and Quality teams to ensure timely product availability.
- Identify opportunities to reduce stock outs, excess inventory, and slow moving stock.
- Prepare regular reports on sales forecasts, inventory performance, and product trends.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to support product planning decisions.
