What You Will Be Doing Serve as the primary liaison between customers and development teams, ensuring our solutions are aligned with business needs and the team can articulate why they are building something, not just what to build Set product goals that provide vision and clarity, are achievable by the team, and provide value to customers Maintain multiple refined product backlogs that provide sufficient and selectable user stories to ensure developers are able to create sprint plans from what's available and meaningfully represent stakeholder needs Define project scope and initialization, write clear and actionable requirements, ensure backlog readiness, and facilitate quality checkpoints to ensure sprint readiness and execution Support developers with prompt and detailed clarifications from a user perspective, and without pre-supposed technical solutions Hold accountability for project quality and delivery What You Need for this Position BS in computer science, math, electrical, mechanical, chemical or related engineering field or relevant experience 7-10+ years of experience developing MES, high level enterprise SCADA systems, or similar, preferably in a project based industry. Strong understanding of agile development methodology and how to run a project in Scrum format.
