Responsibilities
- Define product vision and objectives, maintain and prioritize the product backlog
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable requirements for cross functional teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, validate assumptions, and align product features with strategic priorities
- Work with software development teams to plan sprints, clarify user stories, review deliverables, and ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards
- Monitor product performance, analyze user feedback and market trends, prepare documentation and reports, and drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities
- Product Management skills including backlog management, roadmap planning, and stakeholder alignment

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Role Description
- The Product Owner role is a full time, on site position based in Tehran.
- The Product Owner will define product vision and objectives, maintain and prioritize the product backlog, and translate business goals into clear, actionable requirements for cross functional teams.
- The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, validate assumptions, and align product features with strategic priorities.
- The Product Owner will collaborate with software development teams to plan sprints, clarify user stories, review deliverables, and ensure products meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Day to day responsibilities include monitoring product performance, analyzing user feedback and market trends, preparing documentation and reports, and driving continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to evaluate requirements, interpret data, and inform product decisions.
- Product Management skills, including backlog management, roadmap planning, and stakeholder alignment.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and present complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with Software Development processes and agile methodologies to work efficiently with engineering teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., Scrum Product Owner, Agile) are an advantage.
- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in financial services, brokerage, or fintech environments is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, regulated environment with attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to inclusive, collaborative teamwork.
