Act as the primary link between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment on priorities and objectives.

Define, prioritise, and maintain a clear backlog aligned with business goals.

Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables and refine work for delivery readiness.

Make prioritisation decisions based on business value, user feedback, and technical input.

Collaborate with delivery, UX, and QA teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Support agile ceremonies, monitor progress, remove blockers, and adapt priorities based on performance and feedback.

Experience working in IT or agile delivery environments.

Proven ability to lead technical workstreams or digital product initiatives.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience collaborating with developers, analysts and testers.

Ability to break down complex work into clear, structured deliverables.

Understanding of technical concepts and business objectives.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word); Jira knowledge is beneficial.
