About the Role
Nexvant Solutions seeks a Product Owner for AI Agents to deliver AI, machine learning, and conversational AI products in Agile environments. You will define API consumption patterns, improve KPIs, and drive data-driven experimentation.

Responsibilities
- Define API consumption patterns and partner with engineering teams to connect AI agents to enterprise systems
- Improve KPIs across customer experience, voice containment, call deflection, AHT, and cost optimization
- Use product analytics platforms, root cause analysis, data driven experimentation, and A/B testing to evaluate performance
- Translate complex AI and platform concepts into clear business rationale for executive audiences
- Solicit diverse perspectives to align cross functional teams around shared outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management/ownership experience delivering products in Agile environments
- Strong focus on AI, machine learning, voice assistants, IVA/IVR, or contact centre technologies
- Expertise in NLP/NLU, speech recognition, text to speech, intent recognition
- Experience with API integrations and defining API consumption patterns
- Strong track record of improving KPIs across customer experience, voice containment, call deflection, AHT, cost optimization
- Experience using product analytics platforms, root cause analysis, data driven experimentation, A/B testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High degree of curiosity, resourcefulness, and accountability

What you will bring

- Experience with Python, scripting, or technical experimentation.
- MBA or advanced degree.
