Role Overview
Lead the development and continuous improvement of trader-facing mobile and web platforms for a global Forex and CFD broker.
Own the product roadmap, backlog, and trading experience while working across Product, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Trading, and Compliance.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based onsite in Dubai, UAE.
- Candidates must be open to relocating to Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap, backlog, and prioritization for mobile and web trading platforms.
- Translate business and client needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Improve orders, positions, stop-loss and take-profit, charts, pricing, market data, margin, trading history, and notifications.
- Work with Trading and Technology teams on execution, pricing, instruments, and platform behavior.
- Manage integrations across trading platforms, CRM, Client Area, Payments, KYC, and Back Office.
- Analyze trader behavior, product data, and feedback to improve usability, engagement, and platform performance.
- Work with UX/UI and Engineering through development, UAT, and release.
- Monitor product KPIs and conduct market and competitor analysis.
- Maintain product documentation and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers.
