Product Owner

Reports to: CPO

Newel Health is seeking a highly organized and results-oriented Product Owner to drive both the strategic direction and the successful execution of key features and products within our digital therapeutics and SaMD portfolio.

You will be responsible for defining product requirements, managing the product roadmap, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and compliant solutions that improve patient outcomes.

This pivotal role requires a strong blend of product vision, strategic thinking, and exceptional project management capabilities.

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with Newel Health's overall goals.
• Conduct market research, user research, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
• Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resource capacity.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, clinical, and regulatory teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
• Define and analyze product metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future iterations.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders across the organization.
• Drive product adoption and engagement through effective launch planning and post-launch activities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for product development initiatives.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
