Primary Purpose
Manage the product lifecycle within the strategic framework of BTS and relevant business units.
Work with business stakeholders, BTS, and solution providers to meet user needs, maximize product value, and support effective communication.
Product Ownership
- Contribute to product vision, roadmap, return on investment, and short- to medium-term planning.
- Manage the product budget and cross-functional resource reallocations.
- Lead requirements elicitation and translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
- Own and prioritize product backlogs in collaboration with users, architects, Agile team members, and stakeholders.
- Participate in planning, refinement, review, and sprint events.
- Guide the Agile team, resolve stakeholder concerns, and manage dependencies between stories and teams.
- Validate completed stories against acceptance criteria, the Definition of Ready, and the Definition of Done.
- Support release documentation, training, communications, and supplier coordination.
