Product Owner (12 months FTC)

Own and manage the product backlog for your product area

Translate business and customer requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

Prioritise work to maximise customer and commercial value

Work closely with Engineering teams through sprint planning, refinement and delivery activities

Help define release scope and contribute to release planning

Monitor progress against delivery plans and communicate risks and dependencies

Facilitate customer engagement activities, including demonstrations, feedback sessions and focus groups

Support go-to-market activities and product launches

Develop deep domain expertise and confidently demonstrate product capabilities to stakeholders

Represent Product Management in day-to-day delivery decisions

Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to analyse requirements, identify risks and make informed decisions

Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria

Strong understanding of Agile delivery methods including Scrum

Experience prioritising and managing product backlogs

Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Aha! or similar product management platforms

Ability to work effectively within changing priorities and evolving business needs
