About the Role
DarkVision is seeking a Product Operations Manager to support delivery execution and coordination of industrial imaging technology. You will manage customer requests, service quality, and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities
- Act as primary owner for customer follow up requests arising from reports delivered to customers
- Track, triage, and coordinate service quality items as they arise
- Support development of high quality customer facing materials including technical explanations, presentations, figures, and supporting analysis
- Serve as execution bridge between Product, Data, Engineering, and Sales teams
- Help remove day to day exposure for Product Manager and ensure efficient delivery of high quality results
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience working with complex technical data or analysis driven products
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- Jira experience
- Project management experience
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Experience writing technical whitepapers
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Self sufficient able to make decisions and balance risk/reward with limited supervision
- Ability to balance competing priorities and make pragmatic execution decisions
- Prior experience with B2B client services

- DarkVision, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, seeks a Product Operations Manager to support execution and delivery of industrial imaging technology.
- Focus on delivery execution, addressing customer follow up questions, and coordinating service quality objectives.
- Works closely with Product, Data Analysis, Data Development & Ops, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams.

- DarkVision develops high resolution ultrasonic technology for industrial asset inspection.
- Engineers, manufactures, and operates cutting edge hardware and software tools.
What You Will Do
- Customer Requests & Delivery Execution: Act as primary owner for customer follow up requests.
- Service Quality Logistics: Track, triage, and coordinate service quality items.
- Customer Deliverables & Technical Content: Support development of high quality customer facing materials.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

- $100,000 to $150,000 base salary per year.
- Eligible for variable pay as monetary bonus or other form.
