Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize product operations processes to ensure efficient product development, launch, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and cross functional departments to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and maintain operational frameworks, performance metrics, reporting systems, and governance processes
- Analyze product and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement
- Drive cross functional alignment, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Product Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem solving abilities
- Advanced knowledge of product operations, business process improvement, performance measurement, project management, and operational excellence methodologies
- Proficiency in reporting tools, business intelligence platforms, project management systems, and data analysis techniques
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and cross functional collaboration skills
- Strong project and program management capabilities with experience managing multiple priorities
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, customer experience optimization, data driven decision making, and change management principles is highly advantageous
- Experience supporting product teams, scaling operational processes, and driving product performance improvement initiatives is considered a strong advantage

Role Description
- Lead and optimize product operations processes to ensure efficient product development, launch, performance monitoring, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineering teams, business stakeholders, and cross functional departments to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support the successful delivery of products and services.
- Develop and maintain operational frameworks, performance metrics, reporting systems, and governance processes that provide visibility into product performance, customer feedback, resource allocation, and strategic priorities.
- Analyze product and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Drive cross functional alignment, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, customer satisfaction, and business outcomes while supporting organizational growth and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Product Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
