The Role
The Product Operations Assistant supports product lifecycle activities, product data management, cross-functional coordination, reporting, launches, and ongoing operational processes.
The role requires organization, analytical ability, attention to detail, and coordination of multiple product-related activities in an international remote environment.
Work Arrangement
- The position is full-time and fully remote.
- The stated location is the United Arab Emirates.
Product Operations
- Support day-to-day product operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain product information, specifications, documentation, catalogs, SKU records, pricing, and product attributes.
- Coordinate product updates across internal systems and databases.
- Assist with product launches, updates, onboarding, setup, discontinuation, replacement, and transition activities.
- Track product development, launch milestones, deadlines, and operational schedules.
- Monitor product availability, inventory information, and operational requirements.
Coordination and Reporting
- Coordinate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, and suppliers.
- Prepare product briefs, specifications, documentation, performance reports, and operational summaries.
- Collect and organize sales, inventory, customer, and product data and monitor product KPIs.
- Assist with market and competitor research and track customer and internal product feedback.
- Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, support standard operating procedures, and maintain meeting action-item records.
- Handle confidential product, pricing, supplier, and commercial information appropriately.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, product management, marketing, operations, supply chain, commerce, or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in product operations, product administration, business operations, merchandising, sales support, or a related role.
- Good understanding of product lifecycle and operational processes.
- Experience with product data, SKUs, catalogs, pricing, or inventory information.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, PIM, inventory, or product-management systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and data-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- UAE or GCC experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.
- Relevant product, operations, or business certifications are welcome but are not required.
