The Product Operations Analyst works at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and customers.
The role focuses on platform reliability, issue investigation, operational data insights, and product experience improvements.
The position involves collaborative problem solving, data analysis, and connecting customer experiences with product development.
Who You Are
- Have 2–3 years of professional experience in a technical SaaS environment.
- Have hands-on experience providing technical support and troubleshooting SaaS applications.
- Have strong SQL knowledge for troubleshooting, data validation, and issue investigation.
- Be familiar with JIRA, Confluence, or similar ticketing and support tools.
- Be proficient with Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple support requests effectively.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
- Monitor escalation queues and follow up on internal requests to maintain application data and functional integrity.
- Own and investigate platform issues through technical troubleshooting until full resolution.
- Document and communicate issues and updates clearly through resolution.
- Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve product functionality, internal processes, and customer experience.
- Bring the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering.
Additional Experience
- Experience supporting Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller and Vendor Central advertising platforms may help candidates stand out.
- Familiarity with Walmart Seller Center and Supplier Portal advertising platforms may help candidates stand out.
- Knowledge or experience with additional advertising marketplaces such as TikTok may help candidates stand out.
