About The Role

  • TD SYNNEX is seeking a strategic and relationship driven Vendor Business Manager to lead the growth, performance, and long term success of key vendor partnerships.
  • You will act as a trusted business leader for assigned product lines, aligning vendor strategy with TD SYNNEX goals to drive revenue, profitability, operational excellence, and market growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead vendor strategy and business planning to achieve revenue growth, margin performance, and profitability targets.
  • Oversee and forecast incremental funding proposals at the vendor level while managing monthly revenue, gross margin percentage, and gross margin dollar performance.
  • Analyze financial and operational data to identify risks, trends, and opportunities, and provide recommendations that improve profitability and business efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive level vendor relationships, maintaining strong communication and alignment on business objectives.
  • Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans that strengthen the TD SYNNEX and vendor partnership.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities, including the development of innovative service offerings.
  • Partner with procurement and supply chain teams to support effective inventory planning and operational execution.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues related to assigned vendor lines.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on assigned vendor technologies, programs, and go to market initiatives.
  • Collaborate with sales leaders and teams to uncover growth opportunities, support customer engagement, and enable successful sales execution.
  • Communicate vendor priorities, manage rebate and incentive programs, and work with marketing teams to drive awareness, demand generation, and campaign execution.
  • Negotiate large scale contracts and business terms.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, product management, business development, sales, channel management, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience managing executive level relationships and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and problem solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with business systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to ethical business practices.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours when needed in a remote or work from home environment.

Compensation

  • Hiring Salary Range: $88,000 $92,425 CAD annually.
