  • We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive growth in our key product categories.

Job Overview

  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Product Marketing Manager will support the development and execution of category, product launch, trade marketing, and sampling initiatives across Green Beaver's key product lines.
  • This role will help translate product benefits, category priorities, and consumer insights into clear marketing materials, retailer support tools, launch plans, and promotional programs.
  • This is a hands on role suited for someone highly organized, detail oriented, and enthusiastic about working cross functionally with marketing, sales, e commerce, operations, and external partners.

Support Product & Category Marketing

  • Support marketing plans for key product categories, including product positioning, messaging, competitive research, and category priorities.
  • Help develop product stories, consumer benefits, claims support, and key selling messages in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Monitor category trends, competitor activity, pricing, claims, packaging, and consumer insights to help identify opportunities.
  • Support identification and implementation of hero product priorities across retail, e commerce, and marketing channels.
  • Help organize product information, category updates, and launch materials for internal and external use.

Trade Marketing & Retail Support

  • Develop and update retailer facing materials including sell sheets, product education tools, launch presentations, display materials, and promotional materials.
  • Work closely with sales team to support retailer presentations, seasonal programs, product launches, and range reviews.
  • Coordinate retail marketing tools such as shelf talkers, danglers, demos, displays, and in store educational materials.
  • Ensure product messaging is consistent across retail, e commerce, sales, and consumer touchpoints.

Sampling & Promotional Programs

  • Support planning and execution of sampling programs across priority product categories.
  • Coordinate product samples, sachets, placements, gift with purchase programs, and trial initiatives.
  • Track sampling activities and help summarize learnings, results, and improvement opportunities.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure sampling programs align with inventory, budget, timelines, and retailer needs.

Launch & Go to Market Coordination

  • Support new product launches by helping manage timelines, deliverables, assets, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, e commerce, creative, operations, and agency partners to move launch plans forward.
  • Help develop briefs, product launch checklists, retailer materials, and campaign support documents.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Support reporting on category performance, launch results, sampling activity, and promotional initiatives.
  • Gather and organize competitive insights, retailer feedback, and market trends.
  • Help prepare internal updates and recommendations based on performance, analytics, and campaign learnings.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, trade marketing, category support, brand marketing, or CPG marketing.
  • Experience in CPG, personal care, beauty, wellness, natural products, grocery, pharmacy, or retail is an asset.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple timelines, deliverables, and details.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in sales data analysis, campaign results, competitive insights, or product performance.
  • Comfortable with Excel, sales dashboards, retailer data platforms, or reporting tools.
  • Strong written communication skills with ability to translate product information into clear consumer and retailer messages.
  • Experience with retail programs, trade marketing materials, or visual merchandising is an asset.
  • Detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable working cross functionally in a dynamic environment.
  • Bilingual English/French is an asset.
  • Authorized to work in Canada.
