About the Role
Moneris seeks a Product Marketing Manager to drive product marketing strategy, positioning, and activations for payments/commerce capabilities. You will bridge product management, partner, and sales teams to accelerate adoption through channel and ecosystem integrations.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a product marketing roadmap, assess competitive landscape, and understand market fit conditions
- Drive marketing strategies including targeting/personas, segmentation, positioning, value propositions, key messaging, and sales/partner enablement
- Track and report on goals, measure performance, and identify optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with Product, Sales and Partnership teams to create holistic approaches to partner enablement and onboarding
- Apply project management skills to ensure execution of program timelines
- Spearhead qualitative and quantitative research to understand partner pain points
- Drive strategic alignment and accelerate key initiatives through cross functional collaboration
Requirements
- 8+ years of marketing experience
- At least 5 years demonstrated understanding of product marketing, partner marketing, or similar go to market positions
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/business or related discipline
- Spearheaded go to market strategies for product launches and conducting user insight research

Opportunity
- You will drive product marketing strategy, positioning and activations to expand market reach and accelerate adoption of Moneris payments/commerce capabilities through channel and ecosystem integrations.
- You will be a bridge between product management, partner and sales, ensuring the product resonates with external partners and aligns with market needs.
- You will work cross functionally to support product launches, empower partners with tools/programs and enable sales teams with necessary assets/content to drive adoption and revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Lead the development of a product marketing roadmap, assess competitive landscape and understand conditions that impact product/partner market fit.
- Drive marketing strategies including targeting/personas, segmentation, positioning, value propositions, key messaging, sales/partner enablement and marketing channels.
- Be comfortable tracking and reporting on goals, measuring performance and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales and Partnership teams to create holistic approaches to partner enablement, onboarding and ongoing marketing support.
- Leverage/apply project management experience to support strategic and tactical execution of program timelines.
- Have deep empathy for partner pain points; spearhead qualitative and quantitative research to translate observations into insights.
- Drive strategic alignment and accelerate key initiatives through cross functional collaboration.
What you bring
- 8+ years of marketing experience.

Salary Range
- The expected base salary range for this role is CAD 95,000 to CAD 124,000.
- Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including bonuses and commissions.
