About ODAIA

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain positioning and messaging for ODAIA’s Field Intelligence product across target pharma segments and buyer personas.
  • Translate ODAIA’s AI capabilities into executive ready commercial transformation stories.
  • Build and maintain a library of sales collateral including pitch decks, one pagers, battlecards, objection handling guides, and ROI frameworks.
  • Support go to market planning for new Field Intelligence features and releases.
  • Monitor competitors and maintain updated battlecards and competitive positioning guides.
  • Develop segment specific campaign briefs and ICP aligned content.
  • Contribute to onboarding experience for new commercial hires.
  • Maintain centralized enablement hub with content repository and training library.

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, sales enablement, or GTM strategy – ideally within B2B SaaS, life sciences, or analytics environment.
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical or strategic concepts into clear, compelling narratives for executive buyers.
  • Experience contributing to or supporting go to market programs, product launches, or enablement builds.
  • Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to absorb market intelligence and convert into actionable content.
  • Familiarity with pharma commercial landscape (SFE, omnichannel, NBA, HCP targeting) is a strong asset.
  • Understanding of consultative selling motions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Self starter who thrives in a lean, highly autonomous environment.

Location & Business Travel

Compensation

  • Base salary range: CAD 80,000 CAD 120,000.
  • Eligible for health benefits, stock options, and flexible time off.
