Define the Future of How Professional Firms Work, Price, and Grow

  • The billable hour is under fundamental pressure. Intapp is at the center of that shift with the launch of Celeste, an agentic AI platform.
  • This is a category creation role to define how this market shift gets named, framed, and owned.

What You Will Own

  • The market narrative for Intapp Time and Profitability—evolving positioning from timekeeping to profitability intelligence and feeding buyer and competitive insights back into product strategy.
  • Thought leadership programs that reshape how firm leaders think about AI, billing, and profitability—and drive pipeline as a result.
  • Partner with Product to influence roadmap priorities based on market signals, competitive dynamics, and customer insight.
  • Go to market strategy for Celeste powered capabilities, including packaging, pricing, and commercial design.
  • End to end product launches, including positioning, competitive narrative, and enablement across Sales, Customer Success, and Partners.
  • Market credibility through analyst engagement, customer proof points, and ROI driven storytelling.

What You Will Need

  • 8+ years in B2B product marketing, product management, or GTM strategy (experience in legal tech, professional services, or financial services strongly preferred), with a career trajectory demonstrating increasing scope, leadership, and strategic impact.
  • A track record of shaping or redefining market categories—not just describing products.
  • Exceptional storytelling that connects technical capabilities to business outcomes for senior buyers.
  • Experience influencing packaging, pricing, or commercial strategy.
  • Ability to lead cross functionally and drive alignment without direct authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
