About the Role
Takamul, a joint venture between Presight and the Central Bank of the UAE, seeks a Product Manager with 4+ years of experience in fintech or payments. The role is client-facing, requiring engagement with government and financial stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into product features and roadmaps.

Responsibilities
- Translate business and market requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories
- Engage directly with clients to capture business requirements and translate them into product specifications
- Support the design and delivery of solutions aligned with local market regulations, policies, and best practices
- Assist in managing the product roadmap, ensuring priorities reflect both client needs and internal strategy
- Oversee delivery milestones, tracking progress and resolving issues in coordination with project teams
- Work closely with QA and technical teams to ensure solutions meet quality and compliance standards
- Support presales and proposal activities, presenting product capabilities and roadmaps to clients
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure product competitiveness and local market fit
- Maintain strong relationships with government, regulatory, and financial stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 3–5 years of product management or business analysis experience, ideally in fintech, payments, or government related projects
- Strong awareness of the UAE financial ecosystem, including regulatory frameworks and client expectations
- Excellent client facing communication skills, with ability to engage and present to senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to coordinate across vendors, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders
- Understanding of infrastructure and software components, with ability to bridge technical and business discussions
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
