Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Product Manager to support the development, lifecycle management, and market execution of products across the US and Canada markets.

This role is ideal for someone who has strong foundations in product management, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is looking to grow into a more strategic leadership role within a global product organization.

You will work closely with senior product leaders, global R&D teams, sales, and marketing to help bring high-quality professional tools to market.

• Support the execution of product strategies for the North American market using market, customer, and competitor insights.
• Assist in managing the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, optimization, and discontinuation.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
• Help define product specifications, features, and value propositions aligned to customer pain points.

• Work closely with global R&D, design, and sourcing teams to support product development projects.
• Contribute to product briefs, specifications, and development documentation.
• Track project timelines, milestones, and risks to support on-time delivery.
• Participate in product testing, validation, and feedback loops.

• Support successful product launches by coordinating with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Assist with go-to-market planning including pricing, packaging, and promotional inputs.
