About the Role
FlightHub Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy for add-on products. You will drive growth through rapid iteration, A/B testing, and data analysis, working alongside technical teams to increase attachment rates and revenue per booking.

Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid iteration, starting with prototyping, all the way through to production A/B experiments, and then full roll out
- Monitor key benchmarks, analytics, and experiment results every day to ensure the health of your product
- Identify new growth opportunities through quantitative research, UX studies, funnel analysis and reviews of industry standard methodology
- Write the job stories and specs for new features and improvements
- Prioritize work to ensure teams are focused on the highest value features
- Define product strategy to improve customers' experience while using a variety of inputs, and clearly articulate the rationale behind product decisions
Requirements
- Experience working in a fast paced e commerce environment
- Ability to connect with various teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in running SQL queries and analyzing data
- Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests
- Ability to prioritize needs for iteration planning, gather requirements, and perform root cause analysis
- Experience navigating complex user behaviors and employing sound measurement to design feature enhancements

About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team.
- Working alongside Ahmad, Director of Revenue, Global Metasearch, and our technical teams, you will lead the end to end strategy for add on products.
- Your focus will be on delivering value to customers while increasing attachment rates, revenue per booking, and cross sell monetization across our brands.
In This Role You Will Be Responsible For
