About the Role
Agitate Ultrasonics seeks an experienced Product Manager to own and manage the development of ultrasonic antifouling products and systems. The role requires an engineering degree and at least 5 years of product development leadership experience, preferably in maritime or offshore industries.

Responsibilities
- Analyse customer feedback and market trends to build product improvements and feature upgrades via Product Requirement Documents
- Develop product strategies and build high quality product roadmaps
- Own and develop the product pipeline, including evaluating trade off decisions for investment over multiple years
- Develop project plans and track progress, coordinate with engineering and other departments to ensure timely delivery
- Conduct and apply industry research combined with customer feedback to iteratively refine the product roadmap
- Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience leading product and system development
- Relevant experience in Offshore/Onshore O&G industry or Maritime industry
- Strong interest in technology with excellent product thinking and user experience awareness
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Enthusiastic, conscientious, keen to learn, flexible with a can do attitude
- Experience with Ultrasonics systems and/or electrical systems is advantageous

The Role
- Seeking an experienced product manager to own and manage development of ultrasonic antifouling products and systems.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive continuous optimization and development of products.
- Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE with some international travel to customer or partner locations as required.
Role Responsibilities
