Responsibilities
- Identify market needs and opportunities within the targeted sectors
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company objectives and market demands
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to understand emerging trends, technologies, and competitor strategies
- Build relationships with key targeted stakeholders to gather insights and validate product concepts
- Lead cross functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch
- Collaborate with customers to collect feedback and understand evolving requirements
- Work with sales and marketing teams to develop go to market and sales strategies
- Stay up to date on regulatory and standards changes
- Participate actively in customer bids and proposals
- Travel up to 20%
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science or related field
- Proven experience in product management (minimum 5 years), preferably in wireless communications or related technology sectors
- Strong understanding of wireless communication technologies, both commercial and defense
- 5 years experience in the SIGINT/EW market segment
- Excellent communication in English
- Ability to obtain NATO Secret clearance with possibility of Top Secret

About The Role
- As a Product Manager within our dynamic team, you will be at the forefront of developing and managing cutting edge wireless solutions, primarily tailored to law enforcement, defense, and intelligence markets.
- Your role will involve leveraging your deep understanding of wireless technologies and the unique requirements of these sectors to drive product development from concept to commercialization.
What You'll Do

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science)
- Proven experience in product management (minimum 5 years), preferably in wireless communications or related technology sectors
- Strong understanding of wireless communication technologies, both commercial and defense, for example cellular
- 5 years experience in the SIGINT/EW market segment, bringing products to market or customer programs
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and analysis
- Excellent communication in English, leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, cross functional environment
- Ability to obtain NATO Secret clearance with possibility of Top Secret (TS)
- Spoken and written French (an asset)
