Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Product Manager to build and scale an AI-powered Sales Intelligence platform.
The role drives product strategy, customer discovery, roadmap prioritization, product adoption, and growth for enterprise sales teams.
The position is 100% onsite in Pune, Magarpatta.
Key Requirements
- Strong Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or product companies is required.
- Experience building and scaling products from 0 to 1 and from 1 to 100 is required.
- Experience with product discovery, MVP development, product launches, adoption, activation, engagement, and retention is required.
- Customer-facing experience, including work with enterprise customers, is required.
- Experience collaborating with Engineering, UX, AI/ML, and Data teams is required.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, PRDs, user stories, and product prioritization is required.
- Experience with AI-powered SaaS, Generative AI, predictive analytics, or workflow automation is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required.
