Role Overview
The Product Manager will define product missions, validate outcomes with data, and use AI to accelerate discovery, analysis, and delivery.
The role works in a small cross-functional pod comprising Product, Engineering, and Quality with shared ownership and no hand-offs.
The Product Manager reports to the Product Leader within the Product and Technology Team.
What You Will Do
- Define and own the pod's business outcome, target customer, and success metrics.
- Validate ideas with data and customer insight before committing the pod to build.
- Use AI agents for discovery, competitive analysis, specification writing, and backlog health.
- Write specifications and acceptance criteria that humans and AI agents can understand.
- Prioritize work in continuous-flow Kanban, respect WIP limits, and ship daily.
- Map dependencies, unblock the pod, and understand integration points across teams.
- Prototype, script, or contribute code with AI assistance when useful.
- Track production KPIs and use outcomes to steer future product direction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and commercial partners across multiple geographies.
