The role
Own the platform experience for business spending, receipts, policy enforcement, and financial visibility.
Work in a product team focused on problems and outcomes rather than executing a predefined roadmap.
The role values deep customer understanding, decisive product judgment, and simple user experiences.
What you'll own
- Work directly with finance leaders and business owners to uncover expense-process and reconciliation problems.
- Take new ideas from zero to one by defining problems, validating them with users, and shipping working solutions.
- Scale live products by removing friction, improving reliability, and driving adoption across customers.
- Work with marketing on go-to-market so new features are used and retained.
- Track usage, drop-off points, and adoption curves to test hypotheses and guide decisions.
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience shipping B2B SaaS products used daily.
- Experience owning a real product surface rather than only assisting with one.
- A customer-focused approach based on frequent user conversations and persistent problem discovery.
- An ability to simplify product flows and explain what was removed and why it mattered.
