Responsibilities
- Work as an integral part of the team to ensure a successful handoff between development and sales
- Work closely with development, sales, project managers, marketing and end users
- Write technical and non technical documentation to support our customers and internal teams
- Create, maintain and manage backlog items and sprints within Azure Dev Ops
- Assist with the QA and testing of new features and/or UX/UI components
- Understand consumer requirements and trends to help drive product development direction
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Computer), or equivalent experience
- Experience with scrum style management tools like Jira or Azure Dev Ops is an asset
- Experience with UX/UI design tools is an asset
- Passion for understanding customer’s businesses and matching solutions to their requirements
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and time management skills
- Ability to wear multiple hats and work in a small team

Position Summary
- We are looking for a jr. product manager who will help our product team manage backlogs and sprints, author external and internal documentation, brainstorm solutions and assist with QA/ testing.
- You’ll be joining our team of young professionals and help shape the product culture within our organization.
- Communication, time management, organizational skills and software/engineering fundamentals are essential to this role.
