About the Role
STAN AI is seeking a Product Manager to build and refine product experiences for AI solutions in property management. You will work closely with engineering, CS, and sales to ship features that delight users.

Responsibilities
- Own and ship product features end to end, from writing PRDs to coordinating launches
- Conduct customer discovery through user interviews and synthesize feedback
- Partner with engineers and CS in daily standups, sprint planning, and design reviews
- Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog and contribute to roadmap planning
- Use product analytics tools to monitor feature performance and inform iteration
- Partner with engineering to test new features and ensure high quality user experience
Requirements
- 2 4 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS or technology company
- Comfortable using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker)
- Solid eye for UI/UX and ability to collaborate with designers
- Technical curiosity to have productive conversations with engineers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team player who takes direction well and gives thoughtful feedback

Tasks
- Feature Execution: Own and ship product features end to end.
- Customer Discovery: Talk to users regularly, run interviews, and synthesize feedback.
- Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineers and CS in daily standups.
- Backlog & Roadmap Support: Maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
- Data & Analytics: Use product analytics tools to monitor feature performance.
- QA & Release Support: Partner with engineering to test new features.
Requirements
