Savvy Talent is seeking a Product Manager to drive product evolution at a fast-growing marketplace platform. You will work with founders to shape strategy, translate ideas into roadmaps, and partner with engineering and design.

Responsibilities
- Partner with founders to define and evolve product vision and strategy.
- Translate big picture direction into an actionable, prioritized roadmap.
- Build and maintain product frameworks and planning systems.
- Serve as the connective link between founders, engineering, design, and go to market teams.
- Own execution of the product roadmap and associated OKRs.
- Translate vision and user needs into clear product specifications and PRDs.
- Manage release planning, dependencies, and coordination across the product team.
- Conduct customer interviews and discovery to uncover user needs and pain points.
- Synthesize customer insights and usage data to inform roadmap decisions.
- Design and run experiments to validate product ideas.
- Define and track product success metrics for performance, engagement, and adoption.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of product management experience with clear demonstration of ownership and impact.
- Experience turning customer insights and business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams.
- Experience as a PM in a B2B SaaS or marketplace product.
- Hands on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roadmap priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
