Role Overview

  • As Product Manager, you will drive the next stage of product evolution at a fast growing, profitable marketplace platform.
  • You will work closely with founders to shape product strategy and partner with engineering and design.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with founders to define and evolve product vision and strategy.
  • Translate big picture direction into an actionable, prioritized roadmap.
  • Build and maintain product frameworks and planning systems.
  • Serve as the connective link between founders, engineering, design, and go to market teams.
  • Own execution of the product roadmap and associated OKRs.
  • Translate vision and user needs into clear product specifications and PRDs.
  • Manage release planning, dependencies, and coordination across the product team.
  • Conduct customer interviews and discovery to uncover user needs and pain points.
  • Synthesize customer insights and usage data to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Design and run experiments to validate product ideas.
  • Define and track product success metrics for performance, engagement, and adoption.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of product management experience with clear demonstration of ownership and impact.
  • Experience turning customer insights and business needs into technical specifications for engineering teams.
  • Experience as a PM in a B2B SaaS or marketplace product.
  • Hands on experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog, or similar analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed product decisions.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roadmap priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
