Gala Solutions is seeking a Product Manager to own enterprise products within the Data & Analytics domain. The role requires 7-15 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage product strategy, vendor relationships, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a multi year product roadmap aligned with enterprise Data & Analytics strategy.
- Drive lifecycle management activities including enhancements, upgrades, and end of life planning.
- Maintain a strategic view of product demand and backlog, partnering with engineering, operations, and architecture to prioritize initiatives.
- Define and oversee the product operating and support model.
- Own the product from a governance and catalog perspective.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of vendor offerings, roadmaps, and contracts; support renewals and negotiations.
- Understand product financials including pricing models, TCO, chargeback/showback, and cost allocation.
- Act as primary point of contact for product stakeholders and users, gathering feedback and communicating roadmap changes.
Requirements
- 7 15 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to integrate in existing team and work methods
- Understanding of product lifecycle and roadmaps
- Knowledge of Kafka, MongoDB, Redis Cloud, MQ (nice to have)
- Knowledge of PowerBI (nice to have)
- Financial understanding of charge back and cost allocation (nice to have)
