About the Role
NO SAINT is looking for a software-first systems thinker to own the product layer where hardware meets software, including AI/ML, firmware, mobile, and cloud. You will define product specifications, build measurement layers, and make tradeoffs across disciplines.

Responsibilities
- Own product specifications end to end: define the problem, make tradeoffs, and bring clarity for engineering
- Build the measurement layer to show product works with data
- Make the hard reductions: identify the irreducible core and protect it
- Translate across disciplines that don't naturally speak the same language
- Challenge assumptions and reason from first principles to improve product decisions
Requirements
- Deep technical fluency in software and AI you have shipped real systems (backend, ML, identity, or platform)
- Ability to reason from first principles
- Ruthless about results you measure, cut, and ship one thing that works
- Product minded editor you take messy inputs and produce a sharp product point of view
- Clear writing skills
- Builder mindset you experiment with frontier AI and form your own opinions
- Fluent in modern product tooling (JIRA, Trello, Git, Figma, etc.)

About the Role
- We build nicotine delivery systems that solve societal problems.
- The product sits at the intersection of AI/ML, firmware, mobile, cloud, behavior and pattern assessment, UX and design.
- This is a build the hard thing job, not just a roadmap grooming job.
- You'll work directly with the founder & CEO.
