- Establish success metrics and use data driven decision making to guide product direction
- Drive cross functional alignment across technical, operational, and business teams
- Lead product initiatives from concept through launch and ongoing optimization
- Conduct customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, and market research
- Define product requirements, user journeys, and success metrics
- Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and strategic objectives
- Analyze product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to expand platform capabilities
Requirements
- 4–7 years of product management experience within B2B SaaS, fintech, technology, or software environments
- Demonstrated success owning product strategy and roadmap for complex products or platforms
- Experience working with business systems, workflow automation, integrations, or operational technology solutions
- Strong customer discovery and problem solving skills
- Data driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product decisions
- Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, data flows, and modern software platforms
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, operations, legal, compliance, and commercial teams
- Experience leveraging AI tools to support product research, analysis, planning, or execution
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast moving environments with a high degree of ownership and autonomy

What You'll Be Doing Core Focus
