  • Supercast powers premium subscriptions for top podcasts and creators, recently acquired by Red Seat Ventures (a Fox Corp. company).

A Snapshot of Your Responsibilities

  • A highly collaborative product lifecycle, with emphasis on the beginning and end stages: roadmap, problem discovery, launch, communication, adoption, review and iteration.
  • Partnering closely with Engineering and Design to define product priorities, ship new features, and continuously improve the creator and subscriber experience.
  • Talking regularly with creators and subscribers to understand how they use the platform, where they struggle, and where new product opportunities exist.

  • Using product analytics, creator feedback, and industry research to guide product decisions and prioritize what to build next.
  • Helping shape the long term product strategy as Supercast expands into new capabilities including mobile apps, livestreaming, community, and other tools.

What You Will Need

  • Candidates must reside in Ontario, Canada.
  • Product experience: 3+ years building digital products as a Product Manager, ideally in SaaS, consumer platforms, media, or the creator economy.
  • Customer obsession: deep understanding of user behavior and champion for product quality.
  • Strong product intuition to identify high impact improvements.
  • Ability to take messy inputs and turn them into clear product direction.
  • Strong collaboration skills with engineers, designers, and go to market teams.
  • Strategic thinking: understanding how product decisions influence conversion, retention, and growth.
  • Bias for action: preference for shipping and learning over endless planning.
  • Passion for the creator economy.

How We Measure Success

  • Meaningful improvements in creator launch success, subscriber conversion, and subscriber retention.
  • Consistent delivery of product improvements that help creators grow revenue and deepen audience relationships.
  • Strong collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Creator facing teams to ship high impact features.
  • A clear and ambitious product roadmap that balances near term improvements with longer term platform expansion.

Why You'll Love Working at Supercast

  • Directly shape how podcast creators build sustainable businesses with their audiences.
  • Heavy investment in product and platform expansion following acquisition by Red Seat Ventures.
  • Tight knit, ambitious team with real ownership over what gets built.
  • Remote first company with most team members across North America (primary work window should be Pacific Eastern Time).

Pay Range

  • Toronto, Canada CAD 104,000.00 135,000.00 CAD annually.
  • Final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location.
