Responsibilities
- Define and own key aspects of the product roadmap, prioritizing business outcomes and features.
- Serve as the definitive authority on the customer by combining quantitative and qualitative insights.
- Act as the primary champion for the customer, explaining the 'Why' behind every initiative.
- Lead the discovery process for new concepts, validating value, ease, feasibility, and viability.
- Partner with Culinary, Operations, and other stakeholders early in discovery to co create solutions.
- Digest and summarize product launches, A/B tests, and data into actionable insights.
- Manage commercial viability of the portfolio, balancing quality, cost, and other considerations.
- Collaborate with international brand counterparts to share best practices.
- Take a rapid testing approach to learn and pivot quickly.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Product Management or Product Development, ideally within food manufacturing, D2C subscription, or FMCG environment
- Customer centric mindset with ability to identify unmet needs and develop solutions
- Outstanding ability to manage meetings, present to diverse audiences, and negotiate buy in
- Exceptional ability to break down complex problems and build data driven business cases
- Deep understanding of product discovery and delivery frameworks for physical supply chain
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to excel in high growth, fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field (e.g., Food Science)
- Willingness to travel occasionally

About the Team
- As a Product Manager at Factor Canada, you are responsible for solving meaningful customer problems while staying true to our brand vision.
- Reporting to the Director of Product, you will own key decisions regarding positioning, assortment, and pricing of your portfolio.
- You will help define the 'What' and the 'Why' of our menu, building a strategic roadmap to drive long term customer retention and brand loyalty.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally.
