KEV Group is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to define, build, and deliver product capabilities for K-12 school finance SaaS. You will own product management frameworks, drive cross-functional initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities
- Own and scale product management frameworks (e.g., OKRs, planning cadences, execution tracking)
- Design and implement scalable systems and processes for operational efficiency
- Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual coordination
- Own and optimize the product and engineering tooling ecosystem
- Build and maintain resource planning and capacity models
- Lead cross functional operational initiatives across Product, Engineering, Finance, and G&A
- Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards for data driven decision making
- Partner with Technical Product Managers and Engineering teams for smooth execution
- Continuously identify and eliminate inefficiencies for scalable processes
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or related roles within B2B SaaS environments (FinTech preferred)
- Proven experience delivering and shipping products in complex, enterprise or platform based environments
- Strong commercial mindset with an understanding of how product decisions impact revenue, adoption, and customer success
- Experience working closely with go to market teams, including Sales and Customer Success
- Systems thinker with the ability to break down complex workflows and design scalable, effective solutions
- Familiarity with AI driven product capabilities or strong interest in applying AI to real world product challenges

About the Role
- The Product Team drives product innovation, customer value, and revenue growth across the platform.
- We are looking for a seasoned Product Manager to define, build, and deliver product capabilities across Payments, SchoolCash Accounting, or Fundraising.
How You'll Contribute
- Own and scale product management frameworks (e.g., OKRs, planning cadences, execution tracking).
