About the Role
LGC Standards is hiring a Product Manager to drive the innovation pipeline and manage product lifecycle for VHG, ARMI MBH, Paragon and Industrials TP portfolios. You will develop and execute innovation strategy, manage NPD governance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Build and deliver a robust pipeline of new products aligned to market trends, customer needs, and portfolio growth priorities
- Own NPD governance and stage gate execution, ensuring disciplined progression from concept to launch
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to shape target product profiles, technical requirements, and launch readiness
- Define and execute product launch plans, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Operations
- Manage products through full lifecycle, ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and timely optimisation or exit decisions
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure competitive lead times and operational feasibility
- Partner with Pricing to set and implement NPD and lifecycle pricing
- Prepare global demand forecasts and work with Demand Planners to develop S&OP process
- Provide product support for transactional sales activities
- Track and analyse sales, operational, and lifecycle KPIs to identify improvement actions
- Monitor and communicate NPD and lifecycle KPIs, risks, and progress to senior leadership
Requirements
- Degree in science based discipline, preferably chemistry; MBA is an asset
- Strong market knowledge of Industrial and Metals Standards is required
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing or Sales, ideally in Life Sciences tools or Analytical Chemistry industry
- Excellent problem solving, coordination and consensus building skills
- Keenly attentive to detail with strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Goal oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in strategic planning, market research and positioning of value propositions
- Strong MS Office proficiency is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

- Own NPD governance and stage‑gate execution, ensuring disciplined progression from concept to launch.
- Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to shape target product profiles, technical requirements, and launch readiness.

Pay Range
- Minimum: CAD 90,000 yearly
- Maximum: CAD 95,000 yearly
