The Product Data Analyst owns product analytics and user engagement across every product line on the Ashika platform.

The role supports Product Managers with data-driven decisions, data extraction, visualization, and success-metric alignment.

CleverTap is a central and day-one-critical part of the role.

Own CleverTap event taxonomy, segmentation, journeys, campaigns, experimentation, and measurement.
Extract and analyze warehouse data with SQL to answer product and business questions.
Build dashboards, scorecards, and self-serve reporting for Product Managers, squads, and leadership.
Run A/B and multivariate tests with clean experiment design and rigorous analysis.
Maintain a metrics rhythm that aligns Product, engineering, marketing, and leadership.

Maintain event taxonomy, user profile models, and data dictionaries across mobile, web, and server-side sources.
Design behavioral, demographic, RFM, lifecycle-stage, and product-specific user segments.
Orchestrate journeys across Push, In-App, App Inbox, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
Use Funnels, Flows, Pivots, RFM analysis, IntelliNODE, and Clever.AI for adaptive journeys.
