Role Overview
LGI Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Product Manager for a flagship product in its clinical solutions portfolio.
The role reports to the Director of Product and transforms strategic vision into intuitive, high-performing solutions for healthcare organizations.
The successful candidate will be autonomous, demonstrate natural leadership, and ideally understand Quebec's clinical environment.
Product Responsibilities
- Help define product strategy and lifecycle while communicating proactively with stakeholders.
- Gather client needs and translate them into product capabilities.
- Maintain the product roadmap, prioritize enhancements, create user stories, and approve completed developments.
- Lead development teams as a subject-matter expert on client and clinical context.
- Collaborate with delivery, quality assurance, and deployment teams on quality, compliance, and security.
- Build relationships with healthcare partners and key users.
- Represent the product at forums and deliver training or demonstrations as needed.
Artificial Intelligence in the Role
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate research and analysis of client needs.
