Role overview
Act as the bridge between Leyton's business teams and IT department.
Align technology initiatives with business priorities, maximize productivity, and deliver measurable organizational value.
The role supports digital transformation across Leyton's Canadian and broader business operations.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and operational challenges.
- Identify efficiency improvements through digital initiatives and automation.
- Gather and prioritize requirements, define roadmaps and backlogs, and translate needs into project specifications.
- Coordinate digital projects from conception through deployment and validate delivered solutions.
- Support change management, training, communications, and user adoption.
- Monitor project performance, user satisfaction, and KPIs and recommend post-deployment enhancements.
- Promote IT capabilities and challenge scope and priorities to improve return on investment.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, project management, or a related field is mandatory.
- Three to five years of experience in project management, business analysis, or a similar role.
