About the Role
Nomupay is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the merchant-facing experience across their payments and fintech platform.

Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics
- Own and prioritise product backlogs across multiple workstreams
- Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver new capabilities
- Conduct merchant research and use customer feedback to shape product decisions
- Improve self service, automation, and AI driven support experiences
- Drive adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction through data led decision making
Requirements
- Significant Product Management experience within payments, fintech, banking, or financial infrastructure
- Strong understanding of payments, acquiring, settlement, reconciliation, payouts, or FX
- Experience building B2B platforms such as merchant portals, APIs, developer tools, analytics products
- Data driven approach to prioritisation and product decision making
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
