Role Overview
Product Manager responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for the Acute Care and Sage portfolios across the META region.
The role combines market intelligence, customer insights, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do
- Develop product strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Analyze market and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
- Drive product positioning and messaging across customer segments.
- Partner with sales and commercial teams on tools, training, communications, and execution.
- Lead product launches, business cases, project plans, clinical evidence initiatives, and lifecycle activities.
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations to leadership and commercial stakeholders.
- Support pricing, portfolio, lifecycle, and future growth decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least four years of relevant experience in product management, marketing, or commercial strategy.
- Strong knowledge of market research, segmentation, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry is preferred.
- Experience working with sales or customer-facing teams is preferred.
