Role Overview
The Product Manager is responsible for marketing strategies and portfolio growth across the META region.
The assigned portfolios are Acute Care and Sage.
The role combines market intelligence, customer insights, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do
- Develop product strategies and marketing plans aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Analyze market and competitive dynamics to identify trends, customer needs, opportunities, and risks.
- Drive product positioning and messaging across relevant customer segments.
- Partner with Sales and commercial teams on sales tools, training strategies, communication plans, and execution resources.
- Lead cross-functional product launches, business cases, project plans, clinical evidence initiatives, and product lifecycle activities.
- Use customer insights and market intelligence to strengthen customer engagement and inform product and marketing strategies.
- Monitor business performance and KPIs and provide recommendations to leadership and commercial stakeholders.
- Support pricing and portfolio decisions, including pricing analysis, lifecycle planning, and future growth recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- At least four years of relevant experience in product management, marketing, or commercial strategy is required.
- Strong understanding of market research, segmentation, competitive analysis, and product positioning is required.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, is required.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry is preferred.
- Experience working with sales or customer-facing teams is preferred.
