Role Purpose
Understand customer needs, develop specific products to solve customer problems, and support delivery managers in client servicing.
The role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, according to the job description.
Product and Client Delivery
- Understand customer needs, interact with clients, coordinate on RFP details, and document user stories with business analysts.
- Analyze client business and process problems, identify automation opportunities, and map process value streams.
- Share requirements with developers, support solution and proof-of-concept design, and create product vision and roadmaps.
- Create product architecture with the technical architect and monitor development schedules.
- Work with UX and UI teams on product design and client requirements.
- Track defects, resolutions, and mitigation techniques throughout projects.
- Coordinate with DevOps during production and create test cases for the developed product.
- Perform user acceptance and client-environment testing and obtain final client sign-off.
- Create execution dashboards, assess deployment impact, and support incremental client changes.
- Develop, implement, and maintain database backup and restore scripts and periodically test procedures.
Team Management
- Forecast talent requirements and hire appropriate resources for current and future business needs.
