What We’re Looking For

Strong problem-solving and structured thinking ability

High ownership mindset and bias toward action

Clear written and verbal communication

Ability to break ambiguous problems into actionable tasks

Basic understanding of product metrics (DAU, retention, funnels, etc.)

Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments

Experience with tools like Notion, Jira, Figma, Excel, or similar is a plus

Bonus Points If You

Have built something (app, community, startup, side project)

Understand fintech / SaaS / consumer tech

Have prior internship experience in product/startups

Can work with basic SQL or analytics tools
