The Product Manager will build products that solve operational problems at scale and simplify complex workflows.
The role involves understanding systems, integrations, technical workflows, customer experience, operational efficiency, and opportunities for automation and AI adoption.
Candidate Profile
- Be comfortable understanding systems, integrations, and technical workflows and collaborating with engineering teams.
- Break down ambiguous problems, identify root causes, and design simple, scalable solutions.
- Drive initiatives independently with minimal handholding and proactively identify gaps and opportunities.
- Balance customer experience with operational efficiency and turnaround time.
- Adapt to fast-paced environments where problem statements evolve frequently.
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI adoption across workflows.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Own product tracks and associated business metrics end to end.
- Define roadmaps and execution plans aligned with business goals.
- Translate business and operational problems into product requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, operations, customer experience, and business teams.
- Drive products from conception through launch and scale.
- Lead solution discussions involving integrations and technical workflows.
- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
- Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Have five years of product management experience.
- Have experience building or working on SaaS or workflow products.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have a basic technical understanding of APIs, system flows, and integrations.
- Work independently with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
